I found these tubes to be pretty good for new tubes. They have a very clean, extended sound.

But to my ears most old tubes are better, and have more life. The Chinese tubes have that annoying upper midrange glare that you just can't get rid of. But if the rest of your system is more forgiving they might sound good.

All system dependant as usual.
