I have all those tubes you mention..The top ones are the Dutch Amperex SQ DD getter you would like to try and next are the better metal based ones and then the EI KT90s,type 2 and the Mullard XF1 fat base. IMHO,the reissue KT77s best all of them in most areas after about 100 hours.They don't best the KT90s in the sense you can't really compare them being they serve different purposes.
I also put up pair of reissue KT66s and the KT77s and the KT66s are another GEM you want to try because they are very impressive.
You also might try some RCA 6L6gc black plates..Those are my favorite in many of my amps but there are others you can buy that come close..Again,this is my own opinion and findings and YMMV.
