RE: Difficulties With Jac Music

I sent Jac payment for three sets of NOS tubes on March 16th. To this date he has not responded to a single email. I've been extremely polite and patient in every email. Not responding to any of my emails for three weeks is extremely unprofessional. All I ask is for confirmation that he received payment and information about when he will send the tubes. Is that too much to ask?
