Hello all.. I just got a Fisher Branded Mullard off ebay... Blackburn codes, I63 type ECC83. Got it for a great price, $17 or so.
All my other Mullards of the same type flash upon power up, like the Amperex's etc.
This one didn't. It LOOKS identical internally, and the codes look good to me.
Do some I63 Mullards flash, and others not?
