We've all been there...

Note how the shiny mirror like surface has been replaced by a smokey see-through haze. Note the sunspots above each getter.

The good... nothing else was fried
The bad... 90 day warranty was over by more than just a tad
The good... dealer replaced exact value, only charged postage!

I don't think I can name the dealer here on the forum, but they know who they are.

I'm not concerned about throwing a new tube in the mix as I had barely put 48 hours on the quad I purchased. I guess if a tube is going to go, it either goes early, or at the end.

Maybe not a big deal to most, but for me it was more than a pleasant surprise.
