I wouldn't call them relabeled. Tubes were labeled for the customer who need them for their line of equipment, such as Sears, Zenith, Heathkit (Mullard?), Baldwin, Lowrey, etc. Relabeling might be more like Rad-Tel taking manufacturers rejects and slapping their print on them.
