I'm sitting here looking at a CEI branded 6CA4 (EZ81) rectifier that states "Made in Germany". No other marking or etchings. Who knows where it really came fom. Yugo maybe? In any case, CEI seems to me to be like "National" or "Servicemaster" branded tubes - Could be anything from anywhere.
