Those tubes do not look like the mullards I have run across or own but realize that the short plate structure is typical of 12AT7s. The best way to tell is to get the "acid etch" codes on the tubes. They tell you where the tube was born and more. A true "Mullard" has a code in the glass, the other markings on these tubes have been washed off except for one which is a rebrander Zearix which may or may not be te real deal.
