Filter caps or a solder connection is causing your problem most likely especially if it's in both channels.
Look in the back of the unit in the photo and you will see two black capacitors with writing on them and two brown capacitors with writing on them..I would change all four of those as they are very easy to change and not very expensive to purchase.I'm not sure of your soldering skills but this amp is very easy to work on and even if you have someone to help you that is more comfortable ,that will work as well.
