A 6SN7 with grey glass made me think of the common grey glass- primarily RCA or perhaps a National Union. The round plate threw me though I can't think of anything made in the US, (obviously Tung Sol but that's black glass) but certain British tubes equivalent to or simply made for export Mullard and esp. Brimar 6SN7s.
Do you see any other code on the glass or base ? ?
Can you actually see the plates or just the top "window" where exhaust deposits typically end up? The top looks the same in a flat oval or round plate. Hmph
