I honestly don't know, but every time I ask about a tube adapter the chorus of answers is...Ebay.... I would like to make some conversions myself but do worry about the sanity of these thoughts, not having any real knowledge. I can't just assume if they make an adapter that the switch makes good sense. I may try it, at my peril however.
