IF I were to wish to try those particular tubes, I'd give DIY HiFi Supply in Hong Kong a shout. Brian Cherry is no longer there and what is left of the company is now run by one of his former employees. I've purchased a few parts (not tubes) from there since Brian retired and got exactly what I ordered. Again, not tubes.
OTOH, I have heard those tubes at a tube rolling session and was surprised that, in a PP amp designed and voiced for Chinese tubes, they sounded QUITE good, perhaps even a bit better than one of my favorite NOS tubes, the NU Black Glass 6SL7.
