I've tried most new production 845s (other than KRs) and a few NOS but I think the WE845s are the best I've heard. I've also put a couple of other people onto these and they concur.
There have been a couple of out of box reliability issues with these but in the two cases I know of they were both from the same Ebay supplier and once exchanged they worked flawlessly.
Also, run these at no more than 80mA for best results. They are incredibly detailed balanced and refined!
