Tube you have is RFT East German made.

To our knowledge, Tungsram Budapest Hungary did not make ECC81 tubes. Most Tungsram ECC81 tubes are relabeled RFT/Funkwerk.

British Tungsram did relabel French Mazda 12AT7 tubes (see link below)
