go for the cheapest out there. They are all rugged. The internals are identical. They all use a gold grid and a high temperature zirconium getter on the top. There may be a difference on the labeling. My Transcendent T-16 uses 16 of them. I have many different labels but I simply can't tell them apart based on the internal build.
This little triode is one half of a 6080 dual triode for all intent purpose.
