. . . . is at an historic low, worth about half of what it was during most of the year and even less compared to only 18 months ago. Tube merchants will, no doubt, be buying up all they can of current Russian production and any old stocks to be found there. Prices will fall, even of existing stock.

The effect on prices of NOS is harder to predict, but I would guess they would also be under price pressure.

So what are the best of current Russian production?

In my own case:
6DJ8 (or equiv.) (looking for exceptional quiet)
12AX7 (or equiv.)
12AT7 (or equiv.)
6X4
