Differences: Shuggie Black Treasure 6CA7 vs. Psvane 6CA7-TII ?

Anyone have experience with both or either of these who would care to comment on their respective high frequency sound qualities and extension (or any lack thereof)?

Are they both true beam tetrodes or might they just be pentodes in disguise? I suppose what I mean is if they are EL34s just labeled with the equivalent designation of "6CA7?" I guess the business about the difference between the two types can get a little confusing...
