Put some paper in oil capacitors in the amp.Some .1uf k40y or vitamin Q pio caps on the 7591 output tubes as well as the 12AX7 driver tubes and in the feedback loop will solve your problem.Some 12AX7 telefunkens or RCA black plates for the driver tubes will also help a lot.
