RE: Power Tube bias settling time ?

I'm going to answer the question on a slightly different level. With my VTL MB-450s each having eight 6550C outputs, I wait at least four hours before setting bias. I have noticed gradual changes in bias setting over that period of time and wait until the amp has full settled before making any changes.

Once set when fully warmed up, I don't notice day to day variations.
