Best 6922/7308's for ARC PH3

Fellow inmates...

Time for new tubes for my Audio research PH3 (not SE) phono preamp. I'm going NOS this time, but after spending the last 2 days researching I'm not sure if I should go the Amperex, Siemens or Telefunken route. Would like to keep it under $500.

Any suggestions?

VPI Aries MK1 with Classic 3 arm
ARC PH3
McIntosh C22 preamp (original but caps updated etc)
McIntosh MC225
Silverline Panatella II speakers
