Rebuilding a Healthkit OL-1 oscilloscope - parts recommendation

I'm rebuilding this mainly for sentimental reasons.
I plan on replacing all the electrolytic caps, which seems to be only the filter cap. As well as the 1 watt resistors in the power circuit.
What other parts should I replace - order - as well?
Should I just retube it as well?
I only want to get this working safely. I obviously will not be using this for critical work.
