The 520B v3 draws 2 amps filament and the KR tube draws 1.9 amps.
There must be something else going on.
Are the filament windings part of the same power transformer as the HT winding?
If so maybe the EML tube draws more plate current in that circuit than the KR tube and that's pulling the power transformer down, lowering the filament voltage(s).
