GZ37 seems brighter when power tube changed to EML 520B v3 ???

It may be just in my imagination, but after swapping power tubes from the KR 300BXLS to the EML 520B v3 in my Art Audio Jota HC monoblocks all the other tubes seem to be burning brighter. The Jota is auto biasing, and all parameters differ somewhat between the KR and EML tubes except that both are 5 VDC. I especially notice that the Mullard GZ37 rectifiers appear to be brighter with the EMLs. It seems bizarre to me, so I'm wondering if it's just imaginary. However, I often listen in the dark and, therefore, I'm quite familiar with the level of light coming from the tubes.

BTW, the EMLs sound beautiful! And it was a pleasure doing business with JACmusic.
