Siemens E88CC date code help needed

I'm looking at a pair of Siemens E88CCs which I'm fairly certain are from the early to mid 1960s. They don't have the silver metal plate with the codes stamped on it. They have "33. 132" printed on the "back" side (opposite the "Siemens" and "E88CC" printing). I also just noticed some etching on one tube. I've uploaded a cropped photo of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
