It depends where you are referencing the voltages from..In the case of the filament,you are going across the windings but make sure you have that right rectifier tube in measure the voltage pin 3 and 8 of the octal socket when set for a 6550..As long as it reads 150vdc between those pins with the test switches engaged,you are good to go.
