oddball 12bh7 what do I have here?

Questions about tubes and gear that glows. FAQ

They're using the little circuit board to flip pins 2 and 3, also pins 7 and 8.
I assume it's not a 12bh7 but some tube that works in place of a 12bh7 but the pin-out is different.
Looking inside the tube the cathode is wired to pin 2 and the grid is wired to pin 3 without the adapter.
Can anyone ID a tube that's wired that way?
I have 18 of them NIB.
