RE: Need new quad of 12au7s for my amps,,,what would you recommend...

The Sylvania's are a real nice tube especially the Baldwin ones. Also GE is another outstanding tube. These tubes won't break the bank and there are many on Ebay. I use both of these in my phono preamp and they are dead quiet.
