The 6N3's U.S. equivalent types are: 2C51, 5670, and 396A.
The 6385 and 6386 are also similar, very fine tubes, but are expensive.
I really like the G.E. JAN 5670 W. Also, of course, the Western Electric 396A is a fine tube but spendier and IMO, not "better". There are many options available in this general type, as all of the U.S. manufacturers made them. There's still an abundance of NOS available also which is a big benefit, because that means more reasonable prices.
The 6N11 is a 6DJ8 type, and of course there are a ton of choices for that tube as well.
