New teflon-sockets in my Dared VP-845

I only wonder that the white wires which are going from the tubepins 2 and 4
are not attached in the same manner. Left tube wire from pin 2 goes to 10V+
and wire from pin 4 goes to 10V-
Right tube wire from pin 2 goes to 10V- and wire from pin 4 goes to 10 V.
Could anybody tell me, if this is correct?
