Did you compare the 6550 Tungsols in the same amps?That is important to do..I have the solid black plate Tungsols which are my favorite with the EI KT90s coming in a close 2nd.Now you have me wondering about the PSvanes..I know the internals are Shuggie and the KT88Z is a wondrous tube in its own right.
