Hey Jonesy! How's it going?
1.) Do you have a way to monitor the wall outlet voltage, all the time? Like an UPS device on your computer or I have one of those digital meters that you plug into the wall. My outlet voltage can vary a good 5VAC, during peak hours, esp during hot weekdays.
This can affect your B+ and bias voltages, thus the bias readings.
2.) Now, if you pull the phase inverter, you get stable readings? That is all tubes except the output tubes are pulled?
3.) Do you have a copy of the unit's schematic? Or do you know how the global and local feedback works on the amp?
