Weird problem with amplifier or tube (maybe)??

So I have this Jolida JD-801 and I put some KT150s in it. After talking to the guys at Jolida of course and they recommended those tubes. Anyway, that is a different debate. When I first turn my amplifier on, I get no output through the speakers, I can hear the sub making noise (Line out). I also have 1 of the KT150s that I can't lower the bias on (it is at 550mv, but wont go any lower no matter how much I turn the screw). If I tap anywhere on the chassis or the tubes I get noise through the speakers. I have tried multiple inputs and all that jazz. After screwing with it for about 15-20 minutes all of a sudden music starts coming out and everything works fine. I have been listening to it now for a few hours without any problems. This has been going on for a few days now. I'm thinking something not right with the tubes, and when they get warm then they start working???

I don't have any other tubes to put in until Tuesday. Anyone have any thoughts? My thinking is the circuit isn't going to fix itself, only get worse, but the tubes seem to be the most likely suspect.
