BIG bass, HUGE sound stage, with a slightly rolled off top end.
I do agree with Fender Lover, that the original Tung Sol black plate 6V6 tubes are REALLY, REALLY good!
Truth be told, I think their overall sound, is BETTER than my gray box plate GE 7408's, although absolutely NOTHING can match their bass response.....N-O-T=H-I-N-G, not even close.
