Hi Mike,
I realize that the getter flashing on these tubes is worn and it could be caused for use or a slow leak. I addressed this issue in the description. We are a Top Rated Seller with 5/5 star ratings on thousands of transactions, and it's because we describe our tubes in depth.

"The getter flasing does has some white and brown around it with these tubes. These tubes did pass the gas and leaks test, it appears that they may have come from the factory this way or may have developed an extremely slow leak from sitting around for years. These tubes could possibly be used, it's a tough call. They are still guaranteed to sound great and are priced accordingly."
