I am assuming since this is the seventh of April and not the first that the cake reference, etc is genuine.If you do not want to go to the proper length of correctly removing the socket then here is a trick that may work.
This is assuming that you have tried needle nose tweezers or a dental tool without success.
Make sure the other tubes are out. Hold the amp upside down and spray a small (tiny) amount of CRC 2-26 Multipurpose Lubricant on the pin and let it soak a couple of hours.
Then smack (gently) the bottom of the amp with the palm of your hand and maybe the pin will fall out or just enough to get grasped by tweezers.
