I replaced the .47uf coupling caps in my Audio Research SP14 with V-cap TFTF. Yes they take a very long time to break in and the sound can change daily for the first couple of months. But when they settled in I heard much greater detail and clarity. I am surprised at your description of "warm". IMO these are not warm caps but very open and detailed, and will make most amps sound more linear and less warm and euphoric. Less "organic" as you say, although I would argue that this is because some of the colourations of the previous caps are removed.
Stick with them for several months at least, they are great caps that tell it like it is, although it is possible they are not optimal for your gear or listening preferences.
