The output in my phono pre-amp. I've been having a teensy bit of noise, not volume dependent in both channels which I tracked to this component. Swapped out the 6922 driver and then this 12AX7, no change.

When I put it back, this NOS 2 years ago, Orange Globe Holland perfect lettering beauty was stone cold dead! Why?

In other news, the Sovtek 12AX7LPS in it's place is kinda fine.
