Grant Fidelity/Psvane tubes

I have tried many times to contact Grant Fidelity about some tubes I bought, but went microfonic and noisy after a few hours of use. But they do not respond to my emails.

These 12 AU 7 tubes were supposed to be of the highest grade, but obviously their quality control might not be the best! I do also have 4 of their grey bottled 300B tubes and after app 300 hours they sound fine. But I do question their quality control and their tubes in general.

I am also looking to buy some spare tubes, but their lack of customer service and quality control makes me uncertain if I should buy more Psvane tubes at all.

I have Mastersound 300B Plus monoblocks, they are excellent in every way.

Are there others with the same experience with Grant Fidelity and their tubes?
