I have seen the slow but perstent growth of Ruusian NOS tubes being offered for sale on e-bay. In general I think that the newer Russian tubes like the so called re-issues are better than their earlier counterparts. I am sure there are exceptions to this thinking and some Russian NOS are worth looking for. Unfortunately I never seen any attempt at a comprehensive guide or "Tube Lore" for these products.
If anyone has some wisdom to share, please contribute it here on this thread. Any help even if a negative comment would be helpful. Thanks
