If you think that's crazy how about the $1500+ for a sleeve of 5 regular non-PW 6922s from the same seller:

That's even more over the top.

That being said, yes, PW 6922 are rare and tempermental. Plus, Roland (the seller) is the best, stand-up guy you could ask for. He's got a well-deserved stellar reputation and is about the straightest-shooter tube dealer type I know. So, bidders know that too, and he gets good $ for his stuff because of it.
