Not quite. For both the GTA and GTB, the max plate dissipation according to the RCA manual is 5 watts for each plate, 7.5 watts for both plates operated at the same time. In fact the RCA manual lists the specs for the 6SN7GTB and 12SN7GTA (12 volt version of the 6SN7GTA) in the same section.The Rp = 6700 ohms and Gm = 3000 if you operate either at 90 volts plate voltage and 10 mA current, the Rp = 7700 ohms and Gm = 2600 if you operate either at 250 volts plate voltage and 9 mA current.
