Note that Chris predicated his response based on an assumption about a 10 ohm resistor. I too find it facinating that you are getting 20ma readings vs the .33v readings. What I was concerned with was whether or not the operating instructions may have suffered from some language interpertation problems. I can not recall seeing anyone ever refer to biasing in voltage as opposed to milli amps. It is possible that there is a resistor with a different value and/or the amp's plate voltage is different and that factors in. Is there anyway you can talk to the distributor of the amp or the repair facility who handles their warranty work. They should be able to give a good explaination.
