Yeah, fairly misleading considering most reputable dealers would at least mention the "reissue" word.

Looking carefully you can barely see the word "Russia" on the base. I wonder if the seller did that intentionally? I also love the way some sellers like this one show a pic of a tube in a tester under test as proof of its goodness. Pretty worthless IMO considering that anyone with the least bit of familiarity on the workings of their tester can easily fake the reading.

This auction was truly designed for the uninformed.
