Based on my experience with SED's (very rugged tubes, generally speaking) and the fact that you have had tubes fail in two different positions, but that they worked properly for months, is that you might be be biasing on the high side at 33ma. Don't know what Cayins suggest or require though. FWIW, drift can be caused either by tubes, or amps but I've only had one amp that did it. Usually it was a bummer tube. My Cayin is very stable (A100T). FWIW.
