Late 1950s to about mid 1965 Siemens. Some RCA 6922 were actually Siemens. Most boxes were stamped in black ink 'Made in Germany'.

Every tube reacts differently in each application. So, my impressions may be different than yours. As for 6DJ8, 6922, 7308, I had to bail long ago.
