12bz7 tube test

i have bought 5 different 12bz7 tubes recently and tested these on a B&k 700, properly calibrated, and all other tube types test where they should, tester scale 0 to 120 @ 66% tubes at failure 67% above good, here we go, 2 GE NOS only test 68/65, 59/57, two used sylvania test 87/78 71/68, and one beautiful virgin looking NOS,westinghouse tests at a lowly 70/69, so the used sylvania tests better than the NOS, i am confused as i am new at the 12bz7 tubes, but the used tested better than the NOS and the variance is huge, it was suggested to me that tubes by different manufactures can vary on your tester,so to give benefit of doubt, i ask the asylum to help me on this one thanks
