Have you seen the 6moons review? It's very good and has an interesting prat on tube choice. Also, post this on the SET forum if you have not already done so. Kara, the designer at deHavilland, will also answer any questions you might have. She is a very effective communicator.

If you get the power amp version, be sure you get the "right" preamp and there Kara can help you a lot in terms of impedance matching and gain.

By the way, this is a pretty "BIG" unit in terms of HP and weight.
