That is interesting. I tried to do a search as regards this amp and found nothing. Maybe it was a short lived production and not many of these are out there.

The preamp came with two RCA 6SN7-GT VT-231 gray bulbed, black based power tubes. From what I have read, these tubes are becoming harder to find and in demand. That may have a lot to do with the good sound I am getting from this little preamp.

I don't know much about electric guitar set ups, but are these types of preamps used in the set up of a guitar and power amp? I have always thought guitar amps were connected directly to the guitar.
