It says "Western Electric announces the acquisition of the electron tube assets of Ei European Operations."
No other details to be had on that site, and a google news search revealed nothing.
All I want is a new-production 12AX7 as sweet (and hardy, thanks, ARC) as a Telefunken. =OD Maybe good ole westrex can deliver?
