I find such ads to be exactly what you said fraud. There is no question that the wording is consistently referring to two tubes. This is so irritating. It forces you to constantly e-mail the scammiester to clarify exactly what they mean. Also the use of "each" is generally incorrect. You see this in large lots for instance "28 each assorted 6SN7s" , they are selling the tubes as a lot not each, it is up to ebay to tell sellers what terms they can use.
